this morning i dropped the kids off for school and ran some errands on my own!!! it was yellow day in malloy's class- she was so excited to wear all of her yellow and bring in her lemon meringue doll. rex did great when i dropped him off! no crying today!! 

no nap for rex today, but malloy went right down. she never wants to eat lunch anymore after school, she just wants to go to sleep. 

after nap, malloy waited around (for 2.5 hours) for andrew to come over. we were going to go to dinner with uncle ryan and drew, but uncle ryan didn't make it to buffalo in time. we went out for thai food with drew. the kids loved the chicken satay and pad thai! they were so well behaved at dinner! when we got home, it was time to get ready for bed. malloy was having a great time telling drew all of her knock knock jokes. she also had him read her a book for bedtime. both kids loved him and even invited him into our family hug!!
