last night was INSANE! malloy was not sleeping. i think she was awake from 1am on. she was screaming/crying/sobbing until i'd go down. then she'd be fine. she had to go potty, she was hungry, she was awake, etc. i got woken up 9 times by her screaming. neal let me sleep from 6-8:45. that was my longest stretch of sleep the entire night! i was not looking forward to the day at all! BUT it was actually a nice quiet relaxing day - after the 45 minutes of crying in the morning, malloy decided that she needed to nap. she napped from 9:45 to 12:45. when she got up, rex went down and he slept for 2.5 hrs! 

malloy was a different kid when she woke up! she was happy and nice and sweet and HUNGRY! she had blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, and red peppers. both kids were happy and well behaved after nap! i made sure they ate a big dinner and even had a snack after bath to make sure that their bellies were full before bed! 

malloy threw a monster screaming fit at bedtime because she wanted pants on, which she ALWAYS cries about wanting them off EVERY NIGHT! she was way overtired! i talked her down - layed in her bed and talked about what she would do in school the next day. it worked - PHEW! i'm pretty sure that both kids are asleep in malloy's bed at the moment, i could hear footsteps before it got quiet.
