i'm going to start a little section called "say what?" that quotes what the kids say. here goes:

malloy: i'm just making up the consavilia. (that's what she calls her picnic basket full of food - i know she knows it's called a picnic basket. she made up her own word or is trying to say something else but i have no idea what it is!!)

when i was trying to put a pair of crocs on rex he yelled "no, i don't like it!" it made me laugh out loud! i've never heard him say that before! mr. opinion!!!

malloy at the zoo: i used to ride the elephants when i was a girl. (she likes to make up wild stories about what she did when she was a little girl!)
