this morning, i cleaned the kids' rooms while neal took them for a walk to the park. they went down for naps with no problems!! this afternoon, the kids had another great visit with uncle ryan and kari. malloy helped kari make a chocolate eclair cake (yum!!!!) and then played all afternoon. rex LOVES his uncle ryan. i'm pretty sure he's his favorite person right now!! when kari would be go near ryan, rex would get so mad! at one point he was whining and pulling at kari's shirt trying to get her to move! one of his favorite things to do is read books on uncle ryan's lap :) after the bills game (we won again - we're 4-1!!!) we went outside to play for a bit. it's october 9th and it was 80 degrees out! malloy learned how to pedal her tricycle. she has more trouble steering it.
we had another great bedtime!!! i gave malloy a book tonight to go to bed with. she did great - not a peep!! hopefully this continues! so far it's only been 2 nights in a row! she's also had a dry pull-up for quite some time!! she'll wake up and call for me to go potty and then go right back to sleep. i think we're ready to give up the pull-up soon!
