we attempted bowling with friends in the morning - it was INSANE! it was the kids' first experience in a bowling alley - they were all over the place, wanted to hold and carry the balls around, couldn't wait their turn. i think i needed to prepare them with an instructional video or book before we left the house!!!! they had a lot of fun but we had to leave early because they were not making good choices. we headed to the gym for the first time in a few weeks! malloy was SO excited that safina came to the gym to play (and i'm sure rex was just as excited about his EMME!!!!). we had some meltdowns before nap but woke up in better moods! it was nice out so we went outside and picked flowers, played tball, and took a walk!
