the kids had school in the morning. i was putting them in the van after school and rex was breathing funny out  of his nose. i asked if he had boogers and he replied "no. i got a sticker in my nose." so i spent the next 10 minutes digging a sticker out of his nose. later, while i was making lunch, he put a band-aid up his nose. this kid is out of control! he's hitting a lot lately, too. as soon as he's told no, he comes after me to hit me and yell at me. he can be the sweetest funniest boy, but he gets so angry so quickly. i think it's time to look into some different parenting techniques - i don't  know how to handle it! 

we skipped naps today and had quiet time instead. after that, the kids did some art. they were both tired so we played a few rounds of guess who and then they each picked a couch and laid and watched a few christmas shows.
