we went to the gym and then my dentist so i could fill out some papework. the kids played nicely in the waiting area and then brought some magazines into the room we were in. when they were done with those, they played games on my phone. the hygienist was so impressed with how well behaved the kids were that she gave them balloons! they were thrilled!!!

malloy's been very testing lately. she's been hitting and whining and poking and just pushing everything to see how far she can get away with things. tonight, it was time to brush teeth and she wasn't listening, i gave her a chance and she still refused so she had to go right to bed. at 6:20pm. she cried for quiet a while but needs to get the message that it's not ok to act like that! hopefully she received the message...
