our only outing today was to the gym. malloy was feeling much better and rex is showing no signs of stomach bug! the rest of the day was spent at home. we're working on being kind. new rule in our house: if you are not kind with your hands or mouth, you can go to your room. malloy pushed rex today and she was not happy when the result was going directly to her room. it's time we changed things up, these kids are getting too fresh for their own good! rex's favorite response when he's told he can't do something is: i want it RIGHT NOW! unacceptable! also, i do not respond to any request that isn't worded nicely and politely. i want __ doesn't work anymore! malloy found that out and for the rest of the day was very well mannered. 

the kids brought out their pillows, blankets, and chairs and watched a movie.
