today, i was talking to malloy about how she's probably going to go to a different school next year and will have new friends. she said "ok, but i might be a little shy at the beginning". then i was talking about how after pre-k, she'd go to kindergarten, and so on. she asked "where will i be when i'm 20?" i told her that she'd probably be in college and wouldn't live with mommy and daddy anymore. she frowned and threw herself into my arms, wrapping her arms around me tightly and said "no! mom! i'll miss you so much!!" i teared up. it was the sweetest thing ever!!! how can i bottle that up??
