the easter bunny came and left a lot of goodies!
in their easter best! grandma made her bunny dress!! rex was not happy - not enough sleep, whatever the reason - the only way i could get him to smile was to tell him never to smile.
not only was it easter, it was papa hank's 87th birthday!! we celebrated his birthday and malloy's, too.
malloy practiced playing happy birthday on the keyboard for papa hank all week. she played it in front of everyone like a pro!!!
rex made a detailed card for papa (that i never took a picture of). he drew mixed animals, like a dragdog and a plataroo (platapus and kangaroo). this boy's imagination never stops.

grandpa gary got the kids books for easter. rex's was a book of puzzles and activities. it had sudoku!!! i explained it to rex and he was excited to try. every time we figured out a number, he'd get so excited! i was very impressed!
