rex's new thing it to sing a two word recap of whatever mom and dad talk about. we were talking about the cereal that he ate for breakfast with sugary marshmallows and he signs "sugar marshies". he's always cracking us up!

malloy came home with  a list of sight words on friday. she immediately read through them and had me make flash cards for the words she didn't know. she wakes up in the morning and goes through them. she's got almost all of them now! i hope she keeps this work ethic and determination always!!!

rex loves playing with daddy

 malloy was missing her grandpa gary this week. she kept saying "grandpa used to be here every day!" they knew he was coming over for daddy's game night and she was very excited! he joined right in on their dance party and played air guitar!

 we went out to lunch for chinese food and then we spent some birthday and easter money at toys r us. malloy got more calico critters. she was playing with them this morning and i found them like the picture below.
