gianna and kenadee came over to play. dress up and beauty salon was a huge hit! they were busy for hours!!! check out these beauties!
we had one last playdate with our friends before we moved to newark valley. everyone had a great time! malloy finally realized that she wasn't going to see her friends for a while on the car ride home and was very sad. i told her it was ok to cry and the floodgates opened!!! she was sobbing for a while. big changes are ahead!

the kids and i hung out at roro and papa's for the afternoon and had some lunch. when we pulled in the driveway, malloy handed me her gum that she had just put in her mouth and said "i'm probably going to have gumdrops". she sure knows her roro! they helped papa weed in the garden and then found a new play area under the deck. they called it their new house! while we were up on the deck, papa was trying to get the kids to give him a gumdrop. he would leave his mouth wide open until a gumdrop was placed inside. rex found this face frightening and was crying every time he did it! it was pretty funny to watch!
after roro and papa's we went to grandma's friend eileen's house. the kids got to feed the fish some bread, pick blueberries, and watch some woodchucks! it was an exciting adventure!
first trip to the cider mill! they weren't pressing cider, so we'll have to go back and watch, but we had some yummy donuts!
