recap with some wedding fun!!

monday 9/23: 

mohawk monday! it's getting long! 

 tuesday 9/24: we had a playdate at leaps n' bounce. it was super fun!!! lena was there and the kids finally made friends with elliott, a little boy who's also in the buffalo mother's group. we've been to many playdates together, and they finally interacted with each other!!

when we got home, we painted some halloween figures. that was an afternoon project!!! we have 2 little artists in the family! they love to paint and color!

wednesday 9/25: i co-oped in rex's class this morning and then it was time to go to newark valley to start the uncle ryan and aunt kari's wedding festivities! we had a bbq at chapman's with uncle ryan and uncle hwan. the kids had a great time running around with their uncles!

 thursday 9/26: i was off helping with wedding stuff all day. neal hung out with the kids. uncle hwan came over to visit for a bit. we met up for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. malloy and rex had a great time with bella and her cousins, brady and nathan!! they ran around all night!!

friday 9/27: WEDDING DAY!!!! the kids got dropped off at grandma val and grandpa don's in the morning so i could go do bridesmaid duties and neal could do best man duties. we met them for pictures at the park and then we saw them at the wedding! they had a blast dancing all night long! grandma val and grandpa don took the kids and bella home for bed and watched them until Saturday afternoon!

the kids grabbed each other and started slow dancing all on their own! 

saturday 9/28: the kids played at boskets' all morning with bella. we came to get them in the afternoon and went to a family picnic at the cole's house. it was great to see all of our out of town relatives!! the kids loved running all around the yard, jumping in the leaves, and playing with the other kids! after the picnic, it was time for a little party at grandma val and grandpa don's house for auntie andi! the kids ate a little more food and had a little more cake. they were both very tired so it was back to chapman's for bedtime!!

sunday 9/29: time to go back to buffalo!! it was hard to leave this time - we had so much fun with family and friends!! the kids played outside when we got back - it was 77 degrees!!!! at the end of september!!! 

monday 9/30: back to the routine! school, naps, library, playing outside, bed!

tuesday 10/1: malloy had picture day at school today!  i can't wait to see how they turned out!! rex and i returned bottles at wegmans and got some donuts with the money we made while malloy was at school. we took naps (again!! wow!!!) and then played outside all afternoon!!! it was awesome! we needed to run and play! i taught the kids how to play "what's the time, mr. fox?" they loved it!!! we played that for a long time!! then we brought out the tent and read books. after that we got a visit from a neighbor cat. i gave them some string and malloy and rex played with it for over a half hour!
