friday 7/19: time to head out on the road for the first leg of our trip to the beach! we drove to grandma tappy and grandpa gary's, played for a bit, then went out to dinner!
saturday 7/20: BEACH TIME! the kids were so excited they were up at 4:45am!!! malloy helped grandma make some delicious blueberry muffins for breakfast - yum!! then we were on our way!!! it was a LONG ride but the kids were great!!!

7/21 saturday: we got up and went to the beach! the kids love the sand AND the water this year!!! we were out in the waves with them a lot!!! it's so much fun now that they're old enough to enjoy it a little more!! we took long naps and then were about to head back to the beach when it started to rain - A LOT! there were flood warnings! we stayed in and hung out with family. the rain let up, so we took a quick walk before bed.

today: we went out for crepes -YUM!!!! and then we headed to the beach to swim and make sand castles!
