underwater camera fun!

rex is super into drawing right now. he's so imaginative and creative - it's exciting to watch his drawing skills develop.

malloy is also creative and always thinking up new hairstyles and outfits!

malloy's class did a presentation about staying active and then did a dance at morning program. she just beams on stage!!!

the kindergarten went on a field trip to the ithaca science center. he had a blast and didn't stop moving the entire time we were there!!!

malloy was playing with her goldiblox. she made a large car for goldi and then she designed a gondola for goldi to ride the zipline in. this girl loves to build and invent!

the kids helped neal repair the wheelbarrow and then dig the bushes out of the front yard. they loved the wheelbarrow rides the most!!

we got a VR set - the kids thought it was so cool! it was neat watching them experience and try to interact with what they were seeing.

after helping outside on saturday, i think malloy's allergies were aggravated and she was really boogery. she woke up sunday with a stomach ache and threw up from the mucous. she stayed in bed all day and was feeling terrible. she finally was hungry sunday night and had a piece of pizza, a cereal bar, and some other snack bar!! then it was back to bed. she was up and ready for school on monday!

 we had a fun time playing with sidewalk chalk spray!!! 

 malloy chose her clothes and designed her own hairstyle - little miss original! 

 rex's class put on 4 plays with his class for his morning program. he had the lead role as Hedgie in Jan Brett's book, The Hat. he did a great job!!!

first time in the pool this season! it was COLD - 70 degrees, but they went in! rex jumped in and completely forgot that he could touch the bottom and swim and thought that he was drowning!!

 rex's class had a show at night where they did all their plays and sang a few songs. they all did a great job!!!

madison sat with up during the performance. she LOVES malloy :)

memorial day weekend begins with no school on friday! the kids made yogurt pops in the morning and then went for a swim. rex is hilarious and can't let go of his fleece just quite yet, so as soon as he's done swimming, he puts his fleece pants back on.

 bmets field of dreams game night! the kids got to go out on the field before the game. they also got picked to go out on the field and do the kangaroo hopper race! it was a fun, HOT time - 91 degrees as we were driving in at 6pm!

 we were up late for the game - turns out there were fireworks so we stayed way too long!!! but rex slept until 9am and malloy slept until 10!! she told me when she came down that she looked at the clock and calculated how long she normally sleeps and stayed in bed for that many hours. such a little brain! grandma and grandpa were here when she got up and they went for a swim!
