snowy day!

malloy didn't have school today. we started out our morning with popcorn and a movie at 8am! our only outing we made was going to the gym. the kids actually napped today (rex NEEDED it - he's getting a cold and has been very very very very very whiny lately!)  then we went out to play in the SNOW!! it's the first snow for us!! they had a blast!!! 

malloy was drawing and rex was annoying her. i asked her to please stop yelling at him. i found this a little bit later. instead of yelling, she vented into her notebook! she did it all on her own. the red letters in all caps and the exclamation point say it all! 

where did the month go?!

i know i skip a few days here and there but an entire MONTH has gone by!!!! thanksgiving time was busy but also so much fun!!! here are some pictures leading up to thanksgiving!

 we spent a fun week with grandma tappy and grandpa gary! when we got there, the kids were surprised to find BUNK BEDS in their "new room!" the first night, they were up until midnight - neal went in and found rex on the ladder, transporting things up to malloy's bunk.
